Home Visits |
The NCHD nursing division is available to make home visits to families
with new infants when they arrive home from the hospital. Referrals
from the hospital, physician, or family members are accepted. The
nursing staff will complete a physical exam on the infant and provide
educational information about infant care, immunizations, nutrition,
Ohio Medicaid, lead risks, proper car seat usage and child
development. Multiple visits and referral services are available upon
request from the family.
If you or someone you know would like to schedule appointment for a
home visit, please contact the Norwood City Health Department at
513-458-4600. |
