The
Cardiovascular Health Coalition of Hamilton County is
coordinated by the Health Promotion and Worksite Wellness
Program of the Cincinnati Health Department. This
coalition is a partnership of public, private and non-profit
organizations created to reduce the incidence of heart attacks
and strokes. The Coalition works to increase community
awareness about heart attack and stroke risk factors and ways
community residents can improve their health.
Funded
by the Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant from
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and
administered by the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of
Health Promotion and Risk Reduction, Cardiovascular Health
Program. Its contents are solely the responsibility of
the authors and do not necessarily represent the official
views of CDC. |
